2.  Within China (including Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, and the Taiwan region), the platform is not involved in any form of virtual currency-related business, including but not limited to:

   ◦   Does not issue or trade any digital tokens.

   ◦   Does not provide any services related to digital assets.

   ◦   Does not engage in financing, wealth management, or other activities related to virtual currencies.

II. Strict Compliance Operations Principle

1.  The platform strictly complies with the following Chinese laws and regulations:

   ◦   "Notice on Further Preventing and Disposing of Risks Related to Virtual Currency Trading and Speculation"

2.  All services provided to users in China are settled exclusively in fiat currency and do not involve any digital currency or token payments.

III. Explanation of Geographic Function Restrictions

1.  The platform implements strict control over access from Chinese IP addresses.

2.  Certain advanced features based on blockchain technology (such as cross-border digital identity verification) are only available to users outside of China.
